Candler’s Master of Religious Leadership (MRL) provides Christian leaders with the biblical, theological, historical and practical foundation critical for their work in ministry settings, all on a two-year timeline. Choose from six areas of specialization to find the one that fits your particular gifts and calling, and build practical ministry skills through supervised internships in your chosen field.
Flexible Formats
The degree can be completed in a hybrid format for areas of specialization in Youth Ministry; Justice, Peacebuilding, and Conflict Transformation (JPACT); and Wesleyan Leadership and Heritage.

Admissions Requirements
- Bachelor's or equivalent degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
- Well-balanced program of work in the liberal arts.
